A Christmas Crate is a curated collection of ornaments and decorations for your Christmas Tree. Tamara, our lead designer and CEO, designed each of the four themed crates based on the memories evoked from her favorite Christmas Carols. Please note Christmas lights are not included.

While a Christmas Crate includes most of the decorations you will need for your tree it does not include the Christmas Tree itself. You will need to purchase or supply your own Christmas Tree. We expect many of our customers will customize their tree with additional ornaments as well.

You can cancel anytime before your Rockwall Christmas Crate is shipped and we will refund 100% of your payment. Once shipped, we will allow refunds within 7 days of ship date excluding actual (not quoted) shipping costs.

We have a variety of materials for our ornaments. Many of the Christmas balls ornaments are made from shatterproof materials, but we have some glass balls. For other ornaments, they are made from metal, acrylic, resin, and wood. Our goal is to select materials which provide a beautiful and long-lasting experience. Rockwall Christmas Company confidently backs their decorations with a 2 year replacement policy. You only pay shipping for replacement of a damaged decoration.

Christmas Crates are designed to cover 6.5 to 7.5 feet tall trees that are medium (40”) to full (60”) circumference at 3/4 decorations. In other words, it will provide you plenty of ornaments for most tree sizes that are viewed from three sides. However, if you have a taller tree in the center of a room viewed from all sides you could need a booster kit.

We begin shipping in September of each season through January. Your Christmas Crate will be shipped with insurance via UPS Ground.

For 2023, we are offering our four themed Christmas Crates. Thank you for the many “Rockwallians” who helped us decide on the four themes out of twelve.

Many of the ornaments are designed and made specifically for the Rockwall Christmas Company. Due to geo-political concerns, logistics, materials shortages, and shipping costs we had to limit our designs for this year.
